Who We Are
LegendIQ is developed and published by Erin Brandt Motorsports. This policy applies to the LegendIQ iOS application.
Data We Collect
We collect no personal information. The table below describes everything the app stores and where it lives.

If you turn local saving off, no setup data is written to the device at all.
What We Do Not Do
The app makes no outbound network connections of any kind. All data stays on your device.
Setup Share Codes
The offline sharing feature encodes your saved setup as a text string that you can copy, text, or read aloud to another racer. This encoding and decoding happens entirely on your device. No server, account, or internet connection is involved. Share codes contain only the setup values you entered — no device identifiers, names, or contact information.
Children's Privacy
LegendIQ does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13. Because no data is collected at all, the app is consistent with COPPA and similar regulations.
Third Parties
LegendIQ does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, crash-reporting services, or any SDK that transmits data. The app does not integrate with social platforms, payment processors, or identity providers.
Links in the More tab open external websites (sanctioning body rulebooks, series information, etc.) in your browser. Once you leave the app, those sites' own privacy policies apply.
Data Deletion
All data stored by LegendIQ lives only on your device. To remove it completely, delete the app. If you want to clear saved setups without deleting the app, toggle the local save option off in the Privacy card on the Home screen, then delete saved entries from the Setup Sheet screen.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Because the app collects no data, changes are unlikely unless new features are added that alter this posture.
