LegendIQ is developed independently by Erin Brandt Motorsports. This policy explains how the app handles your information.
LegendIQ does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. All setup sheets, preferences, and entered values are saved locally on your device only and are never sent anywhere.
If you purchase a LegendIQ subscription, payment is processed entirely by Apple (iOS) or Google Play (Android), depending on which version of the app you downloaded. Erin Brandt Motorsports does not receive or store your payment details. Subscription management (cancellation, renewal, billing history) is handled through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, as applicable.
LegendIQ does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking libraries. No behavioral data is collected or shared.
LegendIQ does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, or any other device sensor. The app only uses internet access to connect to Apple's or Google Play's billing systems to verify and restore subscriptions.
LegendIQ is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy is updated, the revised version will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
